A Japanese man was caught after robbing stores because welfare didn't pay enough to feed his two dogs, five cats, five turtles, two snakes and an aquarium of tropical fish. And best of all, he wore a dog mask, earning him the nickname of Dogman. Woof!
His dog mask, unfortunately ended up being ripped up by his pet beagle. Ingrate.
