Anti-Research Advocacy in Madison

Interesting article on anti-animal research advocacy in Madison, WI. Madison is a key battleground because it is one of only 8 cities with primate centers in the country.

Just to clarify: Animal advocates in Madison are not anti-research. They are generally pro-research, but against the use of animals.

Also, Madison is home to one of the 8 NIH National Primate Research Centers, but other large monkeys labs dot the country.
