Some of us can remember Mrs Ghandis efforts to save the Tiger, but the present supine lot are really not interested. The protection of the remaining Tigrs in India, must be taken away from the Forestry Commission and a special group should be formed, who will see that the money goes where it is supposed to go and the guards are not left ill eqipped and unpaid for months. Unless this is done, the Tiger is doomed.
