Anti-Whaling Nations Oppose Japanese Coastal Whaling Proposal

The IWC met on Monday and are expected to reject a Japanese "compromise" in which it said it would give up hunting 50 humpback whales as part of it's bogus scientific program in exchange for allowing whaling by coastal communities.
